{"id":84,"date":"2005-01-04T19:53:02","date_gmt":"2005-01-05T03:53:02","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jsholmes31.wordpress.com\/2005\/01\/04\/2020-5-weeks-down"},"modified":"2005-01-04T19:53:02","modified_gmt":"2005-01-05T03:53:02","slug":"2020-5-weeks-down","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.forawesome.net\/blog\/2005\/01\/2020-5-weeks-down\/","title":{"rendered":"20\/20 &#8211; 5 Weeks Down"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"msgcns!6C72B8E39DF8C4E1!188\" class=\"bvMsg\">\n<p>Today marked the beginning of my 6th week in 20\/20.\u00a0Last week I got milk and cheese added back into my diet and this week\u00a0I get\u00a0the rest of the fruits (except bananas).<\/p>\n<p>But let&#8217;s see how the numbers look after 5 weeks:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Weight: 244 -&gt; 227<\/li>\n<li>Blood Pressure: 134\/90 -&gt; 122\/72<\/li>\n<li>Body Fat: 36.3% -&gt; 31.7%<\/li>\n<li>Chest: 46.5&quot; -&gt; 43.75&quot;<\/li>\n<li>Waist: 45&quot; -&gt; 42.5&quot; (this is anatomical, not tailor waist &#8212; that&#8217;s gone from 40 to 38 as far as pant size goes)<\/li>\n<li>Hips: 45.25&quot; -&gt; 44.25&quot;<\/li>\n<li>Biceps: 14.75&quot; -&gt; 15.5&quot; (rar!)<\/li>\n<li>Thigh: 27.25&quot; -&gt; 23.5&quot; (wow. big change)<\/li>\n<li>BMI: 36.9 -&gt; 34.3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>So overall, everything looks pretty good. The program&#8217;s coming along smoothly. I definitely feel healthier, stronger, and thinner.<\/p>\n<p>I wish I had a picture from\u00a05 weeks ago, but I took one today, so I&#8217;ll have a full set at something like 5 week intervals by the end. That should be good.
